Bishop
Justin S. Marshall

Justin Spencer Marshall, born on October 29, 1991, is the second son of Bishop Freddie Marshall and Lady Sheri Bratcher. A native of the Triad region, he was raised in Winston-Salem, North Carolina, and educated through the Forsyth County School System.

Raised in a Christian home with a strong Pentecostal foundation, Pastor Marshall has been shaped by a life committed to faith, service, and discipleship. As a devoted member of his home church, Christ Cathedral of the Triad, he was instilled with the importance of faithful service to the local church, submission to spiritual leadership, and a steadfast commitment to Jesus Christ. Licensed to preach in 2009, Pastor Marshall has served both his home church and the broader Body of Christ with distinction.

Beyond the pulpit, his appreciation for church order, structure, and administration has afforded him numerous opportunities to serve in diverse ministerial capacities. He currently serves faithfully as the Senior Pastor of Greater Church Concord in Concord, North Carolina—a thriving and visionary new church plant.

Pastor Marshall’s ministry focus includes leadership training and development for auxiliary and para-church leaders. He is deeply committed to the principle of servant leadership and consistently encourages believers to steward their gifts in alignment with Christ’s model for Kingdom greatness. His teaching is rooted in Jesus’ instruction in Matthew 20:26–27: “Whoever desires to become great among you, let him be your servant; and whoever desires to be first among you, let him be your slave.”

He is joyfully married to Alicia Monét Marshall, and together they are the proud parents of two sons, Ethan Spencer and Evan Alexander Marshall. As a family, they embrace a holistic vision of growth grounded in God, Family, and Ministry.
